Job Description
Back of House Managers hired at Live Oak Restaurant Group locations must perform the following tasks:

Ensure proper handling, storage & rotation of all food products in accordance with Health Department standards.

Communicate effectively with BOH staff & provide staff with comprehensive directions to carry out tasks.

Ensure adherence to recipes.

Excel in portion control & presentation of all menu items in accordance with company standards.

Communicate effectively with management team & maintenance department on repair issues.

Have working knowledge of Inventory, Cost Control, Purchasing & Receiving of product.

Develop restaurant menus & specials.
-
Maintain clean & organized kitchen at all times.
