Job Description
Bartenders hired at Live Oak Restaurant Group locations must perform the following tasks:

Greet guests in a timely manner & with a positive attitude.

Take beverage & food orders directly from guests.
-
Prepare drinks ordered by servers via Service Bar printer.
-
Have working knowledge of classic and current drink recipes including those specific to restaurant location.

Have working knowledge of restaurant menu including daily specials & promotions.
-
Collect payment for all food & beverages served and record sales in Aloha Point of Sales system.
-
Process credit card & cash transactions efficiently.
-
Maintain control of bar stock and arrange supplies.
-
Clean glasses and additional utensils.
-
Sanitize ice wells, coolers, and other bar tools in accordance with Health Department standards.
-
Serve beverages and food.
-
Clean bar incuding floors, bar rails, mats & surrounding area(s).

Slice fruit and prepare garnishes for drinks.
-
Maintain clean and organized bar at all times.
-
Restock beer, wine, liquor & mixers as needed at beginning and end of shift.

Remove trash cans & take to designated area.
Requirements
Bartender at a Live Oak Restaurant Group location are required to:

Be 18 years of age or over.
-
Obtain TIPS Alcohol Awareness certification (classes provided by Live Oak Restaurant Group) or Bar Card.
