Bartenders hired at Live Oak Restaurant Group locations must perform the following tasks:

• Greet guests in a timely manner & with a positive attitude.
• Take beverage & food orders directly from guests.
• Prepare drinks ordered by servers via Service Bar printer.
• Have working knowledge of classic and current drink recipes including those specific to restaurant    location.
• Have working knowledge of restaurant menu including daily specials & promotions.
• Collect payment for all food & beverages served and record sales in Aloha Point of Sales system.
• Process credit card & cash transactions efficiently.
• Maintain control of bar stock and arrange supplies.
• Clean glasses and additional utensils.
• Sanitize ice wells, coolers, and other bar tools in accordance with Health Department standards.
• Serve beverages and food.
• Clean bar incuding floors, bar rails, mats & surrounding area(s).
• Slice fruit and prepare garnishes for drinks.
• Maintain clean and organized bar at all times.
• Restock beer, wine, liquor & mixers as needed at beginning and end of shift. 
• Remove trash cans & take to designated area.
