Front of House Managers hired at  Live Oak Restaurant Group locations must perform the following tasks:

• Oversee daily front of house operations
• Hire & supervise staff
• Schedule staff using Hot Schedules
• Develop effective training programs 
• Greet guests, visit tables & handle guest inquiries.
• Ensure hygenie, health & safety procedures are followed according to Health Department standards.
• Order product as needed
• Solve problems in a timely manner
• Control hourly labor on each shift.
• Handle daily paperwork (sales reports, labor reports, etc)
• Count cash & settle credit card tranactions daily
• Input accounting & financial information into Quickbooks software.
• Display working knowledge of Aloha Point of Sales system.
• Interact with management team & maintenance department on repair issues.
