Job Description
Front of House Managers hired at Live Oak Restaurant Group locations must perform the following tasks:

Oversee daily front of house operations

Hire & supervise staff
-
Schedule staff using Hot Schedules
-
Develop effective training programs
-
Greet guests, visit tables & handle guest inquiries.

Ensure hygenie, health & safety procedures are followed according to Health Department standards.

Order product as needed
-
Solve problems in a timely manner
-
Control hourly labor on each shift.
-
Handle daily paperwork (sales reports, labor reports, etc)
-
Count cash & settle credit card tranactions daily
-
Input accounting & financial information into Quickbooks software.
-
Display working knowledge of Aloha Point of Sales system.
-
Interact with management team & maintenance department on repair issues.
