Servers at a Live Oak Restaurant Group locations must perform the following tasks:

• Greet guests in a timely manner with a positve attitude
• Have working knowledge of restaurant menu(s), food & beverage,  including daily or weekly specials & promotions.
• Take food & beverage orders directly from guests while offering suggestions & answering guests' questions.
• Record food & beverage orders in Aloha Point of Sales system.
• Deliver food & beverage orders ensuring proper preparation.
• Provide good customer service & communicate with guests effectively anticipating their needs & responding accordingly.
• Process cash, credit card & other payment transactions efficiently.
• Clear, clean & reset tables with condiments & silverware
• Maintain clean dining area(s) & service area(s) at all times.
• Complete sidework at beginning & end of each shift
